Q: What makes your cookware irregular?
 
The cookware we sell has minor cosmetic defects that happen during production, that make them imperfect. They are fully functional and have
a full lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. We inspect every piece before it is shipped to be sure that it is in good condition to ship.
 
Q: Are the irregular pans used?
 
They are not used. They come directly from the factory and are brand new factory irregulars.
 
Q: Are the irregular pans marked?
 
The boxes of both the Swiss Diamond and All-Clad cookware are marked with a sticker that says "IRREGULAR" on it. The All-Clad cookware is also stamped with a small "S" on the underside of on of the handles.
 
 
Q: How long do orders take to ship?
 
We make every attempt to get orders shipped the same business day,
as long as they are placed before 2 pm EST.
 
Q: Do you always have items in stock?
 
We try to keep every item fully stocked. However, large quantity orders may require us to order more. With the irregulars, we try to keep the pieces in stock, but it depends on what items are produced and produced with mistakes as to what we get. We also may have an item in stock, but do not feel it is in acceptable condition to ship. Generally, items like this we sell in our store.
 
Q: How does the " Wish List " work?
 
The Wish List is a new feature we are offering on our site. It allows our customers to share the items that they would like with family and friends.
 
When reserving an item, you are marking it that you have bought it or plan on buying it. This does not reserve the item in our stock. Our stock is on a first come, first serve basis.
 
When an item is bought or received the wish list controller may delete this item off of their wish list. It will not be removed, otherwise.
 
Q: Which forms of payment do you accept?
 
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
We also accept checks.
 
Q: Do you accept International orders?
We do ship internationally. When shipping out of the country, we must ship to the billing address linked with the credit card. If you would like it shipped to another address, you need to pay by check or money order.

Q: Do you have a store location?
 
We do have a store. We are located at 2586 Industry Lane Eagleville, PA 19403. We are open Monday-Friday 9:30-5:30 and Saturday 9:30-4.
We have everything in the store that we have on the website.
