Ideal for paella dishes, too. Originally designed for professional chefs, All-Clad pans have 3 layers, bonded together to ensure even heating. The pure aluminum core is fused between the durable magnetic stainless exterior and the hand-polished 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface, which won't react with food.
