What is an All-Clad “irregular”?
These are items with minor visual imperfections that do not interfere with the use or long life of the item. Because of these cosmetic flaws the factory identifies them as “irregulars”, rather than full first quality.
All items are personally inspected by us and must meet our approval before being shipped.
Do these “irregulars” have any type of warranty?
Yes, they carry All-Clad’s full life time factory warranty covering functional manufacturing defects; but does not include the visual imperfection that allows for the substantial outlet savings.
Do you always have all of the All-Clad Items in stock?
We make every effort to maintain sufficient stock levels to fill each order promptly. However, unlike first quality items, the factory does not try to make irregular items, therefore, we, at times, must wait for a production run that produce enough “minor imperfections” to meet our customers needs.
What if I am unsatisfied with the “imperfections” on an item I receive?
All merchandise sold by Cookware & More carries a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the item for any reason, return the unused item (in its original packaging) within two weeks of delivery for exchange, another item or refund of the purchase price.
Do you only sell “irregular” items?
No, we have a vast array of products from many different manufacturers that are full first quality products. We also carry many different items from All-Clad that are first quality. We do, at times, carry over-runs and discontinued products from some of the other manufacturers.

What is the cost of shipping?
Our standard shipping is UPS ground. Except for extra heavy or bulky items (such as large pot racks, butcher block tables, coffee makers, etc.) shipping is $9.95 for the first item and $4.95 for each additional item. Small items (such as cooking utensils, towels, individual knives etc.) are shipped free when purchased with cookware or other larger items.
For other types of shipping such as UPS 2nd day, priority mail, parcel post, etc., we charge the actual shipping charge.
What forms of payment are accepted for online orders?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards.
Is credit card information that I submit secure?
Absolutely. Every step of the ordering process that requests credit card information employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL renders information unreadable should anyone attempt to intercept it. Read our Privacy Policy.
When do you charge my credit card?
We only charge your credit card when we review your order and pull the items that will be shipped to you. We only charge you for the items that are shipped. Backordered items are charged only when they come in and are shipped to you.
Will you sell or rent my personal information to other companies?
Absolutely not. We only use your personal information internally to support and service you, our customer. We will not make this information available to any third party.
