The Copper Core 8 qt. Stock Pot with lid is polished stainless steel. It features high sides that slow the evaporation of liquids, providing the ideal design for creating a variety of stocks. The wide bottom of the pan allows for sautéing of ingredients before the addition of liquids for delicious soups and stews. The versatile stock pot can also be used to warm, cook or serve depending on the occasion and the smaller handles make it easier for storage. Favorite pot in my entire kitchen!

If you don't have this pot in your life already, you have to buy one!!! I can't believe that I hadn't had an 8 Qt. pot in my kitchen before this pot. I have to admit, it was almost too pretty to use at first but I quickly got over that and now use it as much as I can. I use this pot for stocks, to make yogurt, sauces, soups, you name it!
