The Copper Core line starts with a unique exterior of 18/10 Stainless Steel with a band of copper for accent. The thick copper core is surrounded by two layers of aluminum for superb heat conduction so that you won't have hot spots. The interior is a layer of 18/10 Stainless Steel for an easy to clean cooking surface. The pans feature long, stay-cool, polished handles that are secured with non-corosive rivets. Hand-washing is recommended, as the dishwasher will deteriorate the outside beauty of the pan.
