FAQs

Q:  What if I am unsatisfied with the “imperfections” on an item I receive?

A:  All merchandise sold by Cookware & More carries a 100% satisfaction guarantee. This means that for any reason, if you are not satisfied you can return your order.  All you need to do is return the unused item (in its original packaging) within two weeks of delivery for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price.  Unfortunately, due to our significant discounts, we are sorry that we are unable to refund any shipping charges.  Cookware & More has been in business since 1984.  We are so confident in the quality of all of our products that we offer this guarantee.  We are family owned and passionate about cooking and baking.  We know how important these items are for you.  So purchase with confidence that we want you to be very happy. 

 

Q:  What is an All-Clad, Swiss Diamond or Wusthof “irregular”?

A:  These are items with minor visual imperfections that do not interfere with the use or long life of the item. Because of these cosmetic flaws the factory identifies them as “irregulars”, rather than full first quality.  To the non-manufacturing expert - you may not even notice the irregularity.  It could be a simple scuff, scratch or slight imperfection.  That stated, EVERY item is personally hand inspected by us and must meet our approval before being shipped to you!

Q:  Do these “irregulars” have any type of warranty?

A:  Yes, they carry their manufacturer's  full lifetime factory warranty covering functional manufacturing defects; but does not include the visual imperfection that allows for the substantial outlet savings.  If they didn't have imperfections we could not sell them at such low prices.  

 

Q:  Do you always have all of the All-Clad Items in stock?

A:  We make every effort to maintain sufficient stock levels to fill each order promptly. However, unlike first quality items, the factory does not try to make irregular items, therefore, we, at times, must wait for a production run that produce enough “minor imperfections” to meet our customers' needs.

 

Q:  Who is Cookware N More?

A:  We are 2nd Generation Family Owned business based in Pennsylvania.  We were founded in 1984 and have had a passion for baking and cooking and started our business to sell products that we loved.  Our business has grown because of great customers who also share our love for food!

 

Q:  Do you only sell “irregular” items?

A:  No, we have a vast array of products from many different manufacturers that are full first quality products. We also carry many different items from All-Clad that are first quality. We do, at times, carry over-runs and discontinued products from some of the other manufacturers.

 

Q: What are your shipping costs?

A:  Our standard shipping is by UPS Ground. Shipping is calculated by the weight of your order.

For other types of shipping such as UPS 2nd Day, Priority Mail, Parcel Post, etc., we charge the actual shipping charge, which can be calculated for you upon request. 

We currently have a promotion for free shipping if you spend $150 or more; however, this only applies to customers in the contiguous United States.

 

Q:  Do you ship outside of the United States?

A:  We do ship outside of the United States.  When shipping out of the country, we ship through the US Postal Service Priority Mail and charge by the actual billing weight.  

 

 Q: How long does it take for orders to ship?

 A: Orders received before 12 pm ET are shipped the same business day. Below is a map of the in-transit times.
