One of the questions that we hear most often at Cookware & More is "what does 'irregular' mean?" A common misconception is that our "irregular" products are made differently, but that is just not true. All of our products are made to be first quality products, but are made imperfectly in some way. All imperfections are purely cosmetic and all of our products are still covered by their manufacturer's warranties.

Usually, the machines cause a small scratch somewhere on our irregular pans, knives, and cutting boards. Occasionally, the damage is a little worse, such as a dent that is caused by the pan being touched too hard while the metal was cooling. Some of the knives are even just irregular because they had a sticker on them that needed to be removed! Nothing should affect the way these products work and we inspect everything before we ship. We won't send our customers a product we wouldn't take home ourselves.
