In a comprehensive review, The Sweethome rated the Nordic Ware Baker's Half Sheet (18" x 13") as the Best Cookie Sheet.  Yes, this review is dated November 2015; however, they added an update that they had tested four new cookie sheets this fall and the Nordic Ware Baker's Half Sheet is still their top pick.
